Not all agents market houses in the same way, and not all houses will be marketed the same with the same agent. The first part is a good question for you to ask when you start interviewing agents to list your house. Get a write up of what they will do for you, and hold them to it.
The second part is because not all houses are the same. Marketing a house compared to marketing a condo would be different. Different target audiences, different lifestyle needs, and different budgets.
Mary's Marketing Services
When you list your home with me, here is what you can expect regarding the marketing of your home. Many of the following will be used:
- Professional Home Staging recommendations and fine tuning. This includes (as needed) referrals to professional services such as painters, contractors, carpet cleaning services, house cleaning services, etc.
- Yard Sign with Professional color fliers in a flier box on the sign, restocked regularly. I will also leave some at your house for showings.
- Internet advertising on: , Red Rock Realty Website, Staged Homes Colorado Springs Independent, and Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Postcard mailers to the neighborhood surrounding the home
- Feedback requests to showing agents with your home´s picture and information.
- Updates to showing agents regarding the status of your home.
- Virtual Tours
- Open Houses in cooperation with other agents who have listings in the neighborhood
